Jesus Comes to Jerusalem as King-Mark 11
Mark 11 is a part of Jesus’ Judean ministry. In this chapter, the author put together material worth 3 days of Jesus’ ministry. Jesus was on the way to Jerusalem, never to return. Jesus’ spoken word in today’s passage was given 2 days before his crucifixion! Read this passage in 4 different versions, NIV, ESV, NKJV, and NLT (the MESSAGE is a bonus). Answer each question in 3 sentences to help us discipline our mind to focus on the word.
